In the letter to the editor authors should clearly dedicate that: All authors assure that the content of the paper is entirely new. The paper has not been submitted elsewhere before and all parts of the content have not yet been published. All authors agree on the content of the manuscript. Laws on nature protection were not violated during the study. 
Authors have to indicate their specific contributions to the published work. 

Authors should address the following points in their cover letter:
1. Clearly indicate the aims and hypothesis of their paper; 
2. Indicate the novelty - what new achievements or innovations are present in the paper?; 
3. General significance of their paper?
